MANAGEMENT SERVICE - 8.0% of weekly rent plus gst

• Free Proactive marketing and Trademe web advertising.
• E-mail progress reports after advertising placements.
• Tenant screening, selection, reference and credit checks.
• We arrange documents, bonds, and tenancy agreements and rent APs.
• Initial inspection and at 4-6 weeks to check tenants have settled in.
• Quarterly property inspections and written reports.
• Detailed monthly financial statement including copies of invoices.
• Free Mediation and Tribunal representation.
• Repairs & maintenance arranged to your pre-approved limit.
• We can takeover and manage existing tenants and issues.
• A letting fee (tenancy sign up) is 1 weeks rent plus gst
