At Advanced Property Management we offer a full Property Management service encompassing letting, rental collection, inspections and maintenance so you can be assured your investment is in good hands.
Our systems ensure we market your property thoroughly, in the best means possible to get the best quality tenants available. We utilise Renti.co, and Viewing Tracker and carry out thorough background checks before placing anyone in your home. We understand tenants are important customers and we keep regular contact, and act quickly should issues arise.
We also monitor rental levels and carry out reviews on a frequent basis so you know you are getting the best return on your property investment available.
Our rent arrears policy is strict and we have a proven history of very low arrears.
Water rates are handled by us on your behalf; simply authorize Watercare to send the bills to us and we handle payment from your account through to collection from tenants where applicable, all without additional cost to you.
Hands On Property Management
At Advanced Property Management, you will deal solely with your property manager on all matters. We do not hand off accounts, letting, inspections or correspondence to anyone else, so at all times you can be assured your Property Manager knows what is going on.

Having us manage your property is easy. Simply download, complete and return our Management Authority agreement and return it to us. Should you currently be using another manager, simply notify them of the pending change (cancel your current agreement) and send us our completed form. We handle the rest, ensuring a stress free process.
